Mission Statement

"Winners' Circle is Region 11's organization of past quartet champions which supports and encourages quartets, provides financial support and performance opportunities for Internationally bound quartets, promotes education, training and coaching for quartets through workshops and classes, and serves as a primary resource and consulting body to the Regional Management Team on issues relating to quartets."
